Where does Circonomy ship from?

Circonomy ships Australia wide from our Brisbane outlet and our Melbourne warehouse. The location of the dispatched item will appear when adding the product to the cart.

 

What if my order comes from different warehouses?

If your order has items from different warehouse locations, you will receive two shipping emails once each warehouse has dispatched the items from your order.

 

Who is your delivery provider?

Circonomy uses various shipping service providers based on location, quantity and type of product to provide you the best shipping option for your order.

 

When will my order dispatch? 

Small and mid-size items ship within 2 business days after you place your order. Larger items or items requiring specialised transport may take up to 5 business days.

Orders are processed from Monday-Friday during business hours, and we do not dispatch orders on weekends and public holidays.

Once we ship an order, unfortunately we don’t have any control over any delays in transit. However, our team are more than happy to help you track orders and resolve any issues with the shipping provider if ever needed.

 

How long will my delivery take?

Shipping timeframes are provided by the shipping providers. Small and mid-size items are usually expected to be delivered within 3 business days, while large items can take 7-10 business days.

Our product pages give an estimated delivery time prior to checking out however, this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order.

If there are any significant delays when processing your order, our team will be in touch. Once an order is processed and verified, we will provide you with a confirmation and tracking number via email.
