Delivering best in class asset management by applying circularity principles to deliver commercial, environmental and social outcomes.

We’re revolutionising asset management through circularity and designing out waste.

Many companies struggle with the challenge of dormant assets that remain unresolved within their business. Restricted by regulations, lack of processes, or viable paths to market, these products often sit idle, losing value over time and eventually ending up in landfills.

We believe in a new approach to asset management—one that goes beyond the traditional commercial view and incorporates environmental and social considerations into the process. We want to reduce waste by strategically rehoming dormant goods to maximise their lifespan, value, and usefulness earlier in their lifecycle, rather than being left to depreciate in warehouses.

We’re turning yesterday’s goods into tomorrow’s growth.

Circular Asset Management Solutions We Offer:

  • End of Project/Event Asset Management
  • Onboarding of Assets

Our Partnerships

B2C Furniture

We partnered with furniture retailer B2C Furniture to provide a solution to their faulty goods. Together, we've saved 36 pallets of goods from landfill – ranging from flat packs with missing boxes, missing parts, broken goods and much more. These products were refurbished and restored by our team, readying them to have a second chance at life.

“We have been working in the wings with Circonomy for a few years now - even dating back to when they were called World's Biggest Garage Sale! We really feel as though there is such a close alignment between what we're trying to do at B2C Furniture by eliminating 'fast furniture', and businesses like Circonomy being able to give second lives to preloved and damaged pieces, ensuring they don't end up in landfill.

The team are always lovely to deal with, and nothing is ever too much trouble. It's been great for us to be able to divert our pieces from waste, and contribute to such a wholesome cause.”

- Chris, B2C Furniture

Other businesses that have taken the step to incorporate circular asset management solutions are David Jones, Officeworks, Mirvac, and Scentre Group. Incorporate sustainable practices into your asset management strategy today.

Target

We partnered with Wesfarmers and Toll Group to develop a pilot program to find ways to reduce wastage in the insurance claims industry. We received a 40ft container of Target Australia clothing that was deemed to be unsellable and destined for landfill due to water damage. Our team sorted and arranged transport for these goods to be sent to flood-affected communities in the Kimberly.

Approximately 17,000 pieces of clothing, worth almost $200k at retail value, were diverted from landfill, and given to those who needed it most.

In total, we were able to:
·       rehome 8830 items of clothing,
·       weighing a total of 3719 kilos,
·       in 449 cartons.

This pilot program was a success in providing a sustainable solution to reducing waste from the insurance claims industry.
