MIRVAC
55 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC
The Impact
Circonomy collaborated with Mirvac as part of a strategic pilot project, aiming to transform office spaces, unlock new social procurement opportunities, and create a positive environmental impact.
This partnership's goals aimed to remove items and materials from 12 floors of the building with the goal of diverting 100% of these materials from landfill.
What's The Issue?
The demand for sustainable goods and services has risen significantly across Australia, with consumers taking into consideration sustainability efforts from businesses they are supporting (Statista, 2023).
Wanting to demonstrate their commitment to their sustainability values, Mirvac connected with Circonomy to find a sustainable solution to their de-fit project.
How Did We Solve This?
Utilising our expert team's knowledge and our exclusive integrated software, we were able to provide end-to-end project management and develop a sustainable solution.
- Developed an asset register, allowing us to rehome over 11,500 items
- Activated and managed a pop-up shop onsite for 12 months
- Supported adaptive reuse of items such as ceiling tiles
