Unlike a traditional retailer, we don’t have a supply chain – we have a surprise chain! Meaning new arrivals every week, ranging from the latest tech, fashion, homewares, office furniture and stationery from top brands and retailers. As we get our products from retailers across Australia, our products are genuine and authentic.

Due to our “surprise chain”, we cannot guarantee that we will get the same item back in stock. We don’t want you to miss out – so grab it ASAP! Alternatively you can sign up to our newsletter and follow our socials to know when new products are in.

Our stock come from mobilising dormant goods or products destined for landfill for many reasons such as damaged boxes, missing parts, damaged products, and more. Our products aren’t always in brand new condition that you would see at your traditional retailer, so they may not price match to our prices.

We get our inventory from a range of retailers and top brands looking to move dormant stock such as old season stock, slow moving goods or products simply not being used, or from products destined for landfill due to damaged product or boxes, missing parts, or needing repairs that isn’t financially feasible for them to do.  

We take these goods and renew, repair, and refurbish them to get them ready to be rehomed where they will be used, keeping these goods in the economy. So while you get to shop affordably, you also get to shop sustainably! 

Icon for questionIs the product quality comparable with other retailers?

We aim to make sure that our stock is of high-quality. Our experienced team assesses all products that arrive for sale, and tests them where required. We undertake a comprehensive QA and grading process for every product. As a result, your product may include, or be subject to any of the following:     

  • non-original spare parts that are used to renew the product,  
  • repairs or slight modifications to the original presentation of the product,   
  • an electrical safety test called “test and tag” to ensure that powered items are electrically safe through third party assessors,  
  • superficial packaging not essential to the operation of the unit may have been removed or replaced,  
  • evidence of use, either from previous ownership, or from our team as a part of our internal quality testing.

  • Brand new, unused and in original undamaged packaging or replacement packaging. Some items may have been re-packaged as a part of our quality control process.  
  • May be described as brand new with / without tags (BNWT / BNWOT), or brand new in box (BNIB)  


  •  Products that have been professionally refurbished and renewed, and are available in new packaging.  
  • Items that have been remade from materials, such as handmade soft furnishings.   
  • If needed, the product has been professionally refurbished and assessed as equivalent to a product in "like-new" or "very good" condition. 

Excellent (As-new) : 

  • Unused but with imperfect packaging, such as as box damaged, security seals opened or product interior packaging disturbed.   
  • Previously owned and / or used but in excellent condition, with minor signs of wear, but no significant imperfections.   
  •  May be a current or last generation model for technology products. 


  • Unused but with visible imperfections on the product itself, such as scratches and scuff marks.  
  • May be missing original packaging.  
  • Previously owned with visible signs of use, still fully functional and repaired/refurbished to its original operational quality where needed.    
  • Fully tested, formatted (if appropriate) and may be repackaged.   
  • May be a discontinued or obsolete model for technology products. 

Fair (as-is): 

  • Heavily used or refurbished product with visible imperfections, such as significant signs of wear, dents or missing accessories  
  • Repaired or refurbished to useable quality but some operational features may be compromised or affected.    
  •  Still usable but may not meet the same quality standards as the other conditions. 
Icon for questionDo your products come with warranty?

In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, and our Change of Mind policy, Circonomy's 12 month warranty offers additional peace of mind. This warranty begins from the date displayed on your proof of purchase.   

Our 12-month warranty is intended to protect your item from manufacturing/refurbishing defects and electrical and mechanical failures. Following an assessment, Circonomy will repair, replace or refund at our discretion. Products that are defective or damaged are defined as where the defect or damage was not identified in the description at the time of sale.  

Due to the nature of the products we sell, there are often imperfections. Some can be addressed through refurbishment work or repair required before sale. Imperfections, including scuff marks, damage, missing or incomplete accessories may be noted in the description at the time of sale.   

We recommend that you read the description thoroughly as no refunds will be provided for items received as described.

The product will state if it is assembled or in a flatpack. However, if you need it to be assembled or need it to be in a flat pack for transport, please get in touch with us.

We definitely can! From office furnishing to textile pieces like cushions, we’ve done custom work for a range of different needs. Please get in touch with us for any custom requests and we’ll see what we can do.

We ship Australia wide! Some items may only be available for click and collect or local delivery, which will be outlined under individual product page. 

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, so we recommend entering a residential or business address.

We use multiple shipping providers to offer you the cheapest possible shipping rates. Due to the weight or bulky size of some of our products, we are unable to offer free shipping on those items unless outlined under product description.

For orders under $99 or are big and bulky*, shipping is based on the weight/cubic weight of the order. Your shipping amount will be calculated for your order at the checkout.

20-29.9kg - $29

30-49.9kg - $49

50kg+ - $99

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking email confirmation with details on your delivery. Tracking details may take some time to appear, so please give it 24 hours to update with current information.

We offer click and collect at our Brisbane and Melbourne warehouse. You can find the click and collection option in the check out for our products, however some products may not be available at your local warehouse for click and collect, and can only be delivered to you.

The product may not be available for national delivery, and may be exclusively available for click and collect or local delivery. This may be due to installation, size, or material. We apologise for any inconvenience. 

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your products, so we offer a 30-day change of mind guarantee. You can return your products back to us for a refund within 30 days of receiving it.  

You will need to deliver to us, at your expense, the original undamaged items along with proof of purchase. Items purchased in “new” condition must be returned in their original packaging with all tags in-tact (where applicable).

You can return a product that was sent from our online warehouse in-store! Simply bring along a proof of purchase.

Upon returning your product, our team will inspect the item and issue you a full refund within 7 working days, provided the product is in the same saleable condition as it was when sold. 

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded as this cost goes directly to the shipping provider, and we do not take any of these costs.

Please check your email inbox and junk mail folder for the free shipping code. It will come from ‘Circonomy’ with ‘Welcome to Circonomy’ in subject line. This code can only be received through email and cannot be provided by a staff member in person at our retail outlets, over the phone, or over email.

The code is applicable for online purchases over $50*. It is not valid for bulky/heavy items. Please read our shipping policy for more information.

Any discount codes must be entered at the time of online checkout. If forgotten, it cannot be applied to the order after it has been placed, nor can we refund the shipping cost if the free shipping code has not been applied. However, the code will be valid for you to use on your next qualifying purchase.

We’re more than happy to organise a refund or exchange if the product is available upon review and providing proof of purchase. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.   

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

  • What should I do if my order is missing an item? 

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can resolve this for you!  

  • What should I do if I’ve received the wrong item? 

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can fix this for you. We will provide you with a return label at our cost to return the product back to us. Due to the limited stock of our products, we may be able to replace your order with the correct item. In the case that the item is not in stock, we will provide you with a refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible at 1300 121 297 to update your details. You may also be able to contact the shipping provider directly to update your details. However, once it has dispatched we are unable to guarantee that we can change this in time. Reships will require shipping to be paid at your expense.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may reach out to us to cancel your order. However if it has already been dispatched, you will need to return the product back to us as a change of mind.

Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, any shipping updates comes directly from the courier and we do not have any control over the delivery.

We often have limited quantity stock of products and in isolated cases may have an inventory system issue, resulting in a stock discrepancy. On this occasion, a refund will be issued back to you.

Our stock comes to us through a quality assessed process directly from reputable retailers and manufacturers, or are inherited through our sustainable office defits. As much as we would love to rehome every single good, we’re unable to take donations due to space and quality assurance. We would suggest putting up the products on Gumtree or Marketplace to rehome them to people who need it and keep it circular!
